On this trip to Japan, I don’t have access to farmers I know who sell meat from pasture raised animals or a kitchen so I had to rely on some affordable easy accessible packaged goods. I wasn’t going to make a bunch of food and bring it with me only to have TSA take it away from me.
After my recap last week, I wanted to talk about a couple things I’m going to experiment with the next little bit: sauna use and carnivore diet. And, if you’re interested, you can just skip to the bottom and find my choice podcasts as well as my Health Journey blog series all listed for your convenience if you want to know what I’ve been up to.
Years of tweaking this and that helped temporarily but nothing stuck. I was determined that a solution out there existed.
I wanted to treat you to my very first e-book just in time for the holidays. I wanted to give you this FREE guide to a local eats winter menu. Yes, that’s right, a full menu complete with a grocery list and meal planning prep list so this year you won’t have to think about what to make for a feast! This ain’t your typical blogger’s e-book.
