The Perfect Roast Dinner E-book

Surprise!

I wanted to treat you to my very first e-book just in time for the holidays. I wanted to give you this FREE guide to a local eats winter menu. Yes, that’s right, a full menu complete with a grocery list and meal planning prep list so this year you won’t have to think about what to make for a feast! This ain’t your typical blogger’s e-book.

I’ve always felt very connected to the changing of the seasons and I’ve really embraced eating locally this year in a big way! Every 2 weeks I get a winter vegetable Community Shared Agriculture share (CSA for short). At the beginning of the season, I paid for multiple weeks of deliveries of greenhouse harvested or fall cold storage local vegetables. Shout out to the amazing Pleine Lune Farms.

You’d think that eating local in the winter is all turnips and potatoes but I’ve eaten so many varieties of beets, radishes, various other root vegetables, squash and greens I never would have thought to purchase myself or would even be able to find in the grocery store. It’s been amazing to experiment with them in the kitchen with simple recipes. With a variety of colours in these vegetables, I’m getting a wide gamut of vitamins and minerals, too.

In addition to that, I purchased a grass-fed beef share which made various cuts of local pasture raised beef much more affordable per pound compared to if I were to buy them all individually.

With that, I was inspired to create an e-book based on these delicious finds and show you how simple it is to make an all local seasonal meal! Check it out and let me know what you think.
