Happy Canada Day to all the Canadians and Canadians at heart this July 1st! I wanted to do a little red and white chicken salad that you could make as a light BBQ lunch or a side dish for your festivities.

I thought of making this recipe when I saw the baked feta and cherry tomato recipe that became popular on Tik Tok. I thought about using fresh in-season strawberries instead.
