Cooking Classes

Hey everyone!

I’m so excited to finally announce some new cooking classes after a year of absence. I just taught my first one in ages yesterday at the Vanier Loblaws here in Ottawa.

Loblaws (not a sponsor I promise) does an afternoon class called What’s For Dinner on most weekdays depending on the location. How it works is you sign up for $15, watch two recipes being demoed, eat said food and then get a $10 gift certificate. So basically you just have to show up and hear me yammer on about food, likely chosen from my personal chef menu, and learn a tip or two about how I personally cook. This is a great option if you’re interested in my services and want to get a feel for what I do, meet me in person and ask as many questions as you want!

These and other classes are listed on my calendar page. I’ll update it as soon as new demos or classes come up. Some classes that are listed that aren’t a What’s For Dinner class are interactive. This means I guide you through my recipes and show you how to cook when you get stuck. I highly encourage you to take a cooking class or two, even if they aren’t mine, just to re-inspire you. Sometimes meal ideas at home get stagnant or you feel uninspired. Gathering with likeminded people in a cooking class is a great way to meet new people and to get excited about cooking again.
