I had the opportunity to visit Mexico City and Oaxaca city during the Dia de los Muertos celebrations which start well before the day itself on November 2nd. This is a time where family shrines are erected to remember friends and family who have passed away.

This year included a lot more gluten free options! Every year I want to find out how many people are offering GF options (not pizza, unfortunately..) so I always ask each vendor. THIS YEAR Fadi's (Main Stage) started offering gluten free wraps and buns! Hooray! I guess it helps to keep asking ;)
